Food of the Italian South Book Launch Dinner


This marks the kickoff to Corbo & Sons Friday Night Dinner Series in the Green Room. 

Executive Chef Richard Corbo will prepare a three-course dinner, each dish inspired by The Food of the Italian South, with wine pairings by Chantelle Corbo. Tickets include a signed cookbook, a three-course seated dinner, and wine pairings.

Guests will have the chance to meet Author Katie Parla as she signs cookbooks.  A New Jersey native, Katie is a Rome-based acclaimed culinary journalist, foremost authority on Italy, and coauthor of the IACP award–winning cookbook Tasting Rome. 

Food of the Italian South delves deeply into the culinary traditions of the Italian South, a region best known for its rustic and romantic cuisine.
